Dealer Profile #4 – Promitek Denmark

Welcome to the latest in our series of articles in which we profile members of our growing global dealer network.

This month it is the turn of Promitek, which is based in Denmark

Promitek was founded by Jørn Christensen and Morten Brandt Jensen, who have extensive experience of the industry. The business, based in the town of Løsning, is a dealer for Mini-Cam’s push camera and crawler systems, as well as accessories and after-sales service. Its partnership with Mini-Cam began in March 2017 and has seen Morten renew his relationship with our business. He had previously been the sales director at our Australian partner SpoutVac before returning to his native Denmark.

Sven Breitenfeld, Mini-Cam’s international sales manager, kept in touch with Morten and began discussions about a partnership with Promitek. Sven says: “Morten and Jørn have ambitious growth plans for their business and we have big hopes for our partnership. We’re extremely confident it will prove a great success.”

The Promitek duo have undertaken a tour around Denmark to demonstrate Mini-Cam’s product range and have hit the ground running with a number of orders. They have an excellent service partner in Hallum Teknik and in June showcased our latest InPipe Innovation products at the Rørcenterdagene exhibition and conference, which took place at the Danish Technological Institute in Taastrup. Sven says: “The show raised a lot interest in the market for our innovative push camera and crawler systems aimed at the water and drainage industries.” Subsequently Mini-Cam hosted a visit by Morten to the company’s headquarters in Golborne to view our production and service facilities. Anders Hallum and Poul Perch of Hallum Teknik completed an intensive training and product knowledge course covering the Proteus crawlers and cable reels, the SOLOPro+ push camera systems and the full range of Mini-Cam cameras.
