Important information to keep you updated
End of support for CRP150
The Minicam CRP150 Crawler was discontinued from manufacturing in 2018. Since that time, Minicam has continued to service and support this product for as long as possible. However, due to ongoing component obsolescence and the unavailability of certain critical parts, we are no longer able to ensure full support of the CRP150 platform.
As a result, official support for the CRP150 Crawler ended on April 1st, 2026.
There is still limited stock of certain CRP150 spare parts available, and we encourage customers to continue contacting Minicam with service or repair enquiries. Where parts and resources remain available, we will endeavour to support you where we can.
Please note that this notice applies only to the CRP150 Crawler and does not affect Minicam’s current product range, including the CPL150S “Lite” Crawler and the CRP140 Crawler, which remain fully supported.
If you own an affected product and wish to discuss your options, please contact Minicam on +44 (0)1942 270524 or email info@minicam.co.uk.
End of support for SoloPro and SoloPro 360
Minicam launched the SoloPro line of push cameras in 2010, and the SoloPro 360 in 2012. Due to the age of components used in these systems, and the ongoing difficult in sourcing components due to the global supply chain crisis, we are no longer able to ensure a reliable supply of the components required to repair and support these systems.
If you require a service or repair on your SoloPro or SoloPro360 push camera system, there is still limited stock available and we will endevour to support you where we can.
Please note that the SoloPro+ range of Push Cameras is not affected by this and remain fully supported.
If you own an affected product and wish to discuss your options, please call Minicam on +44 (0)1942 270524 or email info@minicam.co.uk.
