Tom joined the company on 7th January

2020. Most recently, Tom was Sales Director for Maidenhead based, Halma owned, Avire, where he drove increased sales effectiveness across the commercial organisation. Previously, Tom was at Instron, a division of Illinois ToolWorks (ITW), in a variety of sales, marketing, product management

and general management roles.

Stephen Harris was appointed as Financial Controller in March 2018. His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day workings of the finance department, and improving processes and controls across the business. Stephen is an ACA qualified accountant, and before joining

Mini-Cam spent 4 years working in the finance department of a large Engineering company, and 5 years working at a large accountancy practice.

Glenn started his career with Mini-Cam as a sales and service technician in 2001. His knowledge of the pipeline inspection industry has helped to develop the company to where it is today. Having also worked in development and manufacture within the company, his product knowledge is extensive. Glenn's role involves overseeing the production of goods and provision of service, making sure the company is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of Mini-Cam customers.

Rob joined the company in May 2010 just after Mini-Cam launched the, now industry standard, SOLOPro inspection system. Rob brings with him years of manufacturing and test experience from his previous roles within a major Aerospace and Defence company and a Japanese fire detection company.

UK Sales Manager

Greg has been with the company for the past decade. Respected throughout the industry for his inspection systems knowledge, he worked as Sales Technician, meeting with clients, demonstrating systems, offering advice and preparing tenders and quotes. As a result of Mini-Cam’s continued growth, in January 2016 he was promoted to the role of UK Sales Manager to oversee and develop our sales team.
