Mini-Cam's long established service centre is highly respected within the industry and has an enviable reputation for quality servicing and repairs with a quick turnaround time, to minimize equipment downtime for our customer's businesses. We also have a fully equipped service to provide our customers with nationwide mobile service support.
The dedicated service department is is located at our headquarters in Golborne near Warrington and is open from 8am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am until 3.45pm on Friday (Closed Saturday and Sunday). For location and contact details click here.
Our team of seven technicians are trained to the highest standards, they use Mini-Cam Genuine Parts and take a real pride in caring for your Mini-Cam drain surveying equipment. The department offers a comprehensive range of services including routine maintenance, warranty work, minor repairs, fault finding and re-termination of push rods and cables.
Customers can bring their equipment to the service department or Mini-Cam can arrange for a third party courier collection, from your premises to our service centre. The collection is chargeable (prices on request) and obviously the cost will vary depending on the weight of the equipment and collection location.
To help you manage your workflow and minimize downtime we offer an advanced booking facility. Contact us to arrange a time and day. Bring your equipment to the service centre, and we guarantee to carry out the required work immediately. We will give you an estimated time when the equipment will be ready to collect.

Our dedicated, highly skilled service technicians are available to offer routine maintenance and emergency repairs both on-site and at your depot. Mini-Cam's Service Support vehicle is equipped and stocked with a range of replacement parts and equipment that will cover almost all eventualities.
Mini-Cam customers that need an urgent repair, can take advantage of our extended service.
